I do the grocery shopping for my family. I’ve watched prices climb on everything from milk to eggs to bananas, while politicians in Washington do nothing. Families are doing everything right and still falling behind, while billionaires and corporations get special treatment. That’s not ok with me.
Lindsey Graham has spent decades protecting corporate tax breaks and helping billionaires get richer, while South Carolina families fall further behind. He calls it “fiscal responsibility.” I call it selling out the families he was elected to represent.
I’ll fight to:
- End tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy and corporate polluters
- Raise wages and strengthen workers’ rights
- Expand affordable child care and paid family leave
- Bring back trade policies that protect South Carolina’s jobs and farms
An economy that works for families should not be controversial. It’s just common sense.
